Over 50 businesses attended the Business Networking Event at Soulton Hall

Shropshire Council hosted a networking event for local businesses to find out more about funding opportunities in and around Wem as part of the Shared Prosperity Fund.

After enjoying the delicious breakfast from Soulton Hall two local representatives from businesses in Wem also shared their stories on how they have started and grown their businesses.

The floor was then opened for people to ask questions and share some of their needs for businesses on the High Street and in the Industrial Estates.

There was an obvious appetite for businesses to keep on meeting and talking together in order to share ideas so please keep a look out for more news.
