The Great British Spring Clean
It was a fabulous turn out of councillors and volunteers for the Wem Rural Parish Big Spring Clean Event on Saturday 16th March.
They picked up litter from Edstaston, The Lowe, Horton, Ryebank, Lowe Hill and Ossage Lane and a BIG thank you goes out to everyone that helped to clean up our parish.
Cllr Goode kept everyone going with bacon and sausage baps, that were kindly donated by the community-mined Wem Co Op.
Cllr Page collected around 20 bags of rubbish which he picked up his truck.
